Join us as Events Marketing Manager for Germany to spearhead innovative event-driven marketing initiatives that position Qonto as the premier finance solution for SMEs and freelancers in the region.


Under the guidance of Zuzanna, our accomplished Marketing Lead, you will orchestrate impactful events that significantly enhance our brand presence and market penetration in one of Qonto’s most dynamically growing markets.


This role demands a high proficiency of both German and English, enabling you to devise and communicate strategies effectively, ensuring Qonto resonates deeply with our target audience.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Events Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will:


• Play a supportive role in developing and executing a comprehensive events marketing strategy that aligns with Qonto’s business goals and targets the company creators.

• Plan and coordinate both online and offline events, including trade shows, conferences, digital events, and webinars, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Manage the events budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize event impact.

• Measure the success of each event through detailed analysis of performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance future events.

• Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and enhanced brand visibility.

• Languages: You have a high level of proficiency in German and English (French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus).

• Experience: Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events and managing event budgets.

• Project Management: Your high level of organization helps you to manage several projects at the same time.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful vendor management.

• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data to drive marketing decisions.

• Proactive: A proactive approach, ready to take on challenges and drive initiatives.
